All For Me Grog

All for me grog! Me jolly jolly grog!

All gone for beer & tobacco!

Spent all me tin wi’ the lassies drinkin gin,

And across the western ocean we must wander!

Where are me boots? Me noggin’ noggin’ boots,

All gone for beer & tobacco!

The heels are kicked about, and the soles are all wore out,

And me toes are lookin out for better weather!

Where is me shirt? Me noggin’ noggin’ shirt,

All gone for beer & tobacco!

The collar is wore out, and the front is roughed about,

And the tail is hangin out for better weather!

Where is me bed? Me noggin’ noggin’ bed,

All gone for beer & tobacco!

I lent it to a whore, and now it is all wore,

And the springs are hangin on for better weather!

Where is me wife? Me noggin’ noggin’ wife,

All gone for beer & tobacco!

Her dress is all wore out, and her hair’s all strewn about,

So she left me to go look for better weather!

I’m sick in the head, & I haven’t been to bed,

Since first I came ashore with me plunder,

I see centipedes & snakes, and I’m full of pains and aches,

So I’ll have to make a path for way out yonder
